Nasir Razzaq
Nasir Razzaq is the Founder and Creator of X-PEN ID, author, & researcher, leading both the strategic direction and the technical architecture of the platform. As Director of X-PEN ID and Director & CEO of Xpertno Research Center (XRC), he has personally built the foundational infrastructure powering the ecosystem — including XIJIR, SEIPID, PubLibra, X-NeuroVerification Engine (XNVE), and Prof. X — bringing together identity, publishing, verification, and AI-assisted research under one open-scholarship framework.
X-PEN ID began with a simple but persistent question — why are contributors from underrepresented regions and emerging fields invisible to the systems that should know them best? Drawing from years of research, technology, and academic experience, Nasir set out to build infrastructure that gives every contributor — regardless of geography or institution — a permanent, verified, machine-readable identity that lasts a lifetime.

Xpertno Research Center (SMC-Pvt. Ltd.) is the research entity that governs and operates X-PEN ID and the wider ecosystem — XIJIR, SEIPID, X-NeuroVerification, and Prof. X. It is responsible for research standards, technical operations, and verification protocols.

Decision-making at X-PEN ID is split across four clear domains. Each domain has accountable people, documented protocols, and transparent boundaries.
Strategic Direction
Set by the Founder in coordination with XRC leadership. Long-term vision, partnerships, ecosystem decisions, and platform priorities are owned at this level.
Research Standards
Defined by the XRC Research Boards. Metadata standards, identifier policy, and academic rigor of platform features are reviewed and approved here.
Technical Architecture
Designed and maintained by the Founder together with the X-Alif Team — the engineering group responsible for platform infrastructure, security, schema design, and feature development.
Verification Policy
Owned by the XRC Verification Team — a dedicated, trained group that operates under documented protocols. They approve, escalate, and audit all verification decisions across the platform.
Day-to-day operations
Beyond strategy, every day of platform operation is carried out by the XRC operations team — engineering, verification, content review, and partner integration.
Engineering & uptime
X-Alif team handles platform infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and security. Independent hosting with continuous backup.
Verification reviews
XRC verification team reviews submitted credentials, profile claims, and institutional affiliations under documented multi-level protocols.
Contributor support
Direct contact response, partner inquiries, and issue resolution managed by the XRC operations desk.
Data & privacy stewardship
Profile data is contributor-owned and exportable. Data handling follows open standards, with privacy-aligned defaults across the platform.
Affiliated Members’ Verification
Members of XRC and its operating teams undergo the same multi-level verification as every other contributor on the platform — but with stricter institutional protocols. They are personally vetted, fully credential-verified, and publicly identifiable through their X-PEN ID profiles.
Every team member's role, credentials, and affiliations are visible the same way every contributor's are — searchable, structured, and openly indexed. There is no internal-only path to a verified badge.
